Even as you read this, state
records committees across the nation are
implementing horticultural drug testing procedures. Negative laboratory
results will perforce and henceforth accompany all submissions
of
rectrices, photographs, videotapes, depositions sworn on tatty
Peterson guides, or other material in support of novel claims.
The effort is under the direct
supervision of Juan Antonio Samaranch, who
reportedly knows a thing or two about such measures.
