We have been using a 36# unbuffered ledger paper from university  products. Phil started buying this over a
decade ago when we began our  drawer-lining
product. We custom order it cut to our 2 drawer sizes. The catalog  item number I have for it is 9-7411-9. We have
a good supply so I have  not had to order
any in the last few years.
The paper works fine for us. Our primary goal was to provide a  barrier between out wooden drawers and the
specimens. Phil elected to do  this with
the paper laid over a piece of plastic sheeting. The paper works  fine though it does not provide much in the
way of padding. It has proven a  great
benefit to our pest management as the white paper background makes  it easier to spot any pest activity. Luckily
we have not had any problems in  that
area in a few years.

Andy Johnson did some detective work here when our previous  supplier became no longer available, and he
found essentially the same  product:
We're now using Reliance blotter paper from Light Impressions (24 X 38  inches, number on box is 413-01-38). Cost per
box of 125 sheets at last  order was
$289.95.
